Sometimes you have unanswered questions.  Sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know.  Sometimes what you know doesn’t seem to be enough.

Here’s how I help:

  • Behind-the-scenes interviews – letting all of the “yes, but…” in the organization be heard.  What do you worry about?  What are your fears?  What is your dream headline and nightmare scenario when you think about the future?  What keeps you up at night? What gets you out of bed in the morning?  And most importantly – how do we solve these problems and leverage these ideas and dreams?
  • Idea-to-Action workshops – bringing together the parts of your organization responsible for solutions to brand challenges to uncover new ideas and implement them.  I use all your existing data, as well as any stories or models created in the Mining phase, and sometimes invite some of your best customers in, to stimulate broad and deep thinking and collaboration
  • Prototyping Roadmap – With these new ideas developed, I’ll create a roadmap for prototyping, evaluation and implementation.  Many brand and product problems are best solved by getting new ideas and solutions into people’s hands quickly, responding to problems and complaints judiciously and swiftly, and continuously improving the idea or product over time.  But you need a plan and guidelines to prevent iterations from taking over the idea.
  • Research Needs and Methodology Design – Every once in awhile, there is a question you haven’t asked yet, and good, experienced hunches won’t do. I’ll help you design, source and manage a customized research approach to getting useful answers.
